Netsafe helps people and schools in New Zealand experiencing harmful content online. Our service is free and confidential and we provide specialist online incident advice. If English isn’t your first language, just let us know which language you’d like to communicate in and we will arrange for a translator.

Service update

We are currently experiencing a higher demand than usual for our service which means it is taking longer to respond to online incident reports. Someone from our team will contact you as soon as we can. If you require immediate online safety assistance or if your circumstances have changed, please call toll-free on 0508 NETSAFE (0508 638 723) seven days a week to speak with one of our team.
