Protecting your privacy
We know that you care about what we do with your information and who we talk to about you. We’re all trained to keep your information safe and if we need to talk to someone else about you, like if we need help to fix your problem or think that you might be unsafe, we will usually tell you first. We will share only the information we really need to help you.

Now that we have received your report, we will aim to contact you within 2-3 business days. If you require immediate online safety assistance or your circumstances have changed you can call us on 0508 NETSAFE (0508 638 723).
The Netsafe service operates 8am-8pm weekdays, and 9am-5pm weekends and public holidays. You can talk to a member of the Netsafe team from Monday to Friday 8am-8pm.
